Stone cottage house of 42 sq.m. Its construction is of stone with a wooden roof, it was fully restored in 2017.

The air conditioned house stands on one floor, and consists of one bedroom , a fully equipped kitchen, a small lounge, a dining table, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Two sofa beds have high quality mattresses and transform into two single beds  . There is an open plan kitchen with all the necessary cookware.

Outside there is a courtyard with a wooden lounge set and a large wooden pergola.
